For such a prophecy to have any meaning, the face of Jesus would have been severely mangled. But the Bible declares that the face of Jesus was marred more than the face of any man (Is 52:14). Bible Christians have always known it was a forgery, because God gave the Bible to save them from the fraud and superstition of those who use religion to deceive men and fill their coffers. The Shroud of Turin is another lie of Roman Catholicism.
